The following methods of payment are accepted at the RM of Brokenhead Administrative Office:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Debit
- Money Order
- Online Banking – Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of payment
- E-transfer
- TIPPs (Tax Installment Payment Plan)
- Telpay Online - only for existing clients, they are not accepting any new applicants
NOTE: Effective July 1st, 2016, the Rural Municipality of Brokenhead no longer accepts Visa or MasterCard payments.
A $30.00 fee will be charged for each NSF cheque and the receipt will be reversed.
We do not accept third party cheques.
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
A drop box is located beside our front door for after-hour payments.

In the notes section, include your name, phone number and the account number the payment is to be applied to. For Utilities, this is the 8-digit account number on your bill. For Taxes, this is the Roll Number at the top right-hand corner of your tax bill.
