The R.M. of Brokenhead office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and closed all statutory holidays.

Chief Administrative Officer
The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for directing and managing business affairs in accordance with by-laws, policies, resolutions and plans enacted, established and approved by the Rural Municipality of Brokenhead Council.

Finance Officer
The Finance Officer is responsible for recording and managing the Municipality’s accounts payables, receivables and tax roll.  The Finance Officer is also responsible for safeguarding the Municipality’s investment assets and services through the provision of accurate and timely information provided to the Council, CAO, auditor and rate payers.

Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant is responsible for organizing and preparing council meetings, resolutions, and correspondence.  This position also includes reviewing by-laws, policies and procedures, processing FIPPA requests and filing/archiving, as well as administering the TIPP program.

Administrative Assistant/Utility Clerk
 
The Administrative Assistant/Utility Clerk is responsible for reception duties as well as maintaining the utility system for billing for the Local Urban District of Tyndall-Garson.

Public Works Co-ordinator
The Public Works Co-ordinator is responsible for all road maintenance, processing driveway applications, custom work and public works cost tracking, as well as mapping activity in the municipality.  This position also includes all payroll duties.
